My Dads Big Day!

My dad's birthday was today! Busy schedules almost kept us from spending a
little time together! Between kids out early from school this week,
football practice (times two) and acting class for the munchkin....it was
looking slim for a birthday celebration. BUT we got a chance to spend a
little time and share a little dessert at the end of the evening. My dad
loves Lemon Ice-Box pie - so I made two! LOL It was short but we had a
good time.
